You will be redirected to the secure environment of tbi bank where you can complete a 100% online application for financing.
Once approved, you sign the contract online and your order is on its way.

For purchases with 4 interest-free installments:
Verify your identity and a debit card for the first payment. Kindly note that failing to complete the verification process within 24 hours, will result to order cancellation.

For purchases with interest financing (3 - 60 monthly payments):
Login to gov.gr using your TaxisNet credentials for automatic income verification, and then verify your identity. Kindly note that failing to complete the verification process within 48 hours, will result to order cancellation.

Can I pay more than one installment per month if I want to?

If you wish, you can repay all or part of your financing at any time at no additional cost. Contact tbi bank customer service for details.

Can I use tbi bank for business purchases?

The tbi bank payment plan is not available as a payment method for purchases that require an invoice.

What happens if my application gets rejected?

Each application undergoes an automated, real-time eligibility assessment based on available data, so a rejection does not mean that future applications will be rejected. In the event of a rejection, you may contact tbi bank customer service for further details.

When will I know if my application has been approved?

The assessment is performed once all the necessary information has been filled in. Approval is immediate for the 4 interest-free installments, while it may take a little longer for the larger amounts with interest financing. Don't worry, you will receive a notification from tbi bank as soon as you are approved. Once the financing agreement has been signed, your order will be registered, and the products will be with you shortly.
