English The use by the holder of the gift voucher purchased from the company CLACHIC SINGLE MEMBER P.C., referred to hereinafter as ClaChic.gr, is a statement of acceptance by the holder of the following terms of use:
- The gift voucher can not be redeemed in cash, it can only be exchanged for purchased goods of at least equal or greater value, by paying the difference.
- It can be consumed gradually until the total amount is exhausted, and it is not obligatory for the holder to consume it once.
- The gift voucher can be redeemed either by printing and presenting it at the physical store of ClacChic.gr, or through online purchases from the website clachic.gr using its code.
- According to the Greek legislation for the purchase of a gift voucher, ClacChic.gr does not issue a retail receipt or invoice, because there is no delivery-sale of goods, but the purchase of a right in favor of a third party which is integrated in the gift voucher. When the holder of the gift voucher appears and buys goods of equal value, then the corresponding receipt or invoice is issued.
- ClaChic.gr exchanges the gift voucher by delivering to its holder goods of at least equal or greater value (if he/she has paid the difference) without carrying out an identity check and they are not responsible for it.
- Its validity period is 6 (six) months from the date of purchase and the holder is obliged to redeem it within the specified time limit. Upon completion, the gift certificate is automatically canceled.
